Area Supervisor

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the operations of multiple fragrance retail outlets across assigned locations in Qatar.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to ensure high productivity and employee engagement.
• Ensure all stores maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a luxury shopping experience for all customers.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, operational updates, and performance analysis to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff when required.
• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with the marketing and retail teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or area supervision, preferably within fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail reporting systems.
• **Arabic speaking is mandatory.**
• Arabic and English fluency required.
