Undergo supervised on-the-job training in flight dispatch operations.
Build practical experience, operational knowledge, and competencies to support safe and efficient flight operations.
Dispatch training and support
- Train under experienced flight dispatch personnel.
- Coordinate with meteorological and Air Traffic Services offices and support timely exchange of operational information.
- Gather, verify, and provide operational data from web platforms, internal departments, and operational reports.
- Attend familiarization sessions with other Network Control Centre functions.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Network Control Centre team as required.
- Assist with dispatch projects and perform supplementary duties under supervision.
Qualifications and competencies
- High school diploma.
- Fluent English.
- 0–2 years of experience, with or without qualifications as stated in the posting.
- Customer focus, teamwork, effective communication, personal accountability, resilience, and flexibility.
Policies and safety
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Comply with information security policies, report weaknesses or incidents, and complete required information security awareness sessions.
