Driver Management & Recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment of professional chauffeurs — sourcing, screening, onboarding and documentation
- Maintain an up-to-date driver roster with schedules, attendance records and leave management
- Conduct regular performance reviews and address disciplinary matters in line with UAE labour law
Daily Target Compliance
- Set, communicate and monitor daily trip and revenue targets per driver
- Track real-time performance using dispatch/fleet management systems
- Escalate underperformance and implement corrective action plans promptly
Driver Training & Development
- Design and deliver onboarding training covering route knowledge, customer service standards, vehicle handling and company SOPs
- Run periodic refresher sessions to address gaps and align drivers with evolving targets
- Mentor drivers to build a high-performance culture focused on daily and monthly KPIs
Performance Control & Reporting
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly performance dashboards for driver productivity, trip completion rates and customer satisfaction scores
- Generate management reports with trend analysis and actionable recommendations
- Implement incentive structures and accountability frameworks to drive consistent target achievement
Payroll Support
- Compile accurate monthly data for HR/payroll processing — hours logged, trip counts, overtime, commissions and deductions
- Validate driver earnings against system records before payroll finalisation
- Coordinate with HR to resolve discrepancies and ensure on-time disbursement
RTA & Dubai Police Fines Management
- Maintain a live register of all traffic fines issued against company vehicles
- Attribute each fine to the responsible driver based on trip logs and vehicle allocation records
- Initiate and follow up on fine recovery through agreed deduction or repayment schedules
- Liaise with drivers, HR and finance to ensure complete recovery and zero outstanding liability
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations, vehicle licensing renewals and roadworthiness inspections
