Key Responsibilities
- Conduct group and one-on-one fitness training sessions for hotel guests.
- Design and implement effective workout routines tailored to different fitness levels.
- Motivate and guide clients to achieve their fitness goals.
- Ensure a safe and positive workout environment.
- Provide professional advice on health, wellness, and exercise techniques.
Sales Duties (After Training Sessions)
- Interact with hotel guests and beach visitors, building strong relationships.
- Promote and sell company products and services, such as water sports activities, buggies, Yachts' charters .. etc.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell where possible.
Requirements
- Certification in Personal Training or related fitness qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and self-driven personality.
- Ability to engage with diverse clients and provide excellent service.
