Role Overview
As a Ladies Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for guiding and motivating our female members toward achieving their health and fitness goals in a safe, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct personalized fitness programs for female members
- Lead individual and group training sessions
- Monitor members' progress and adjust programs accordingly
- Ensure proper use of gym equipment and maintain safety standards
- Provide guidance on basic nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and professional environment
- Keep accurate records of client attendance and progress
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent *(Bachelor's in Sports Science / Physical Education is a plus)*
- Certification in Fitness Training (preferred but not mandatory for freshers)
- Basic knowledge of exercise techniques and fitness principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, disciplined, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
