Fitness Trainer

A Fitness Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and assessments to ensure an excellent guest and member experience. The role also involves promoting gym facilities and maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments for members as required
• Design and lead fitness programs and gym inductions
• Guide members and guests on the proper use of gym equipment
• Ensure adequate staff coverage within the gym
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness facilities
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Promote gym services and facilities to prospective members

Requirements

• Certified fitness instructor or coach
• Strong personal hygiene and professional grooming standards
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication abilities
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Passion for health and fitness

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the fitness industry
• Background in personal training
• Knowledge of diet and nutrition

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
