Overview
BodyFit Gym is hiring a motivated and energetic Female Fitness Trainer to join our Ladies Section.
The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes and personal training sessions, helping members achieve their health and fitness goals in a safe and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead group fitness classes (HIIT, Strength, Cardio, Functional, etc.)
- Provide one-on-one personal training sessions
- Design customized workout programs for clients
- Conduct fitness assessments and progress tracking
- Motivate and retain members through excellent coaching
- Ensure safety, correct technique, and injury prevention
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in the ladies’ area
- Promote PT packages and class programs
Requirements
- Certified Fitness Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs UAE, or equivalent)
- Experience in both group training and personal training
- Confident class leadership and strong communication skills
- Professional attitude and positive energy
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings/weekends)
- CPR/First Aid certification (preferred)

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
