Key responsibilities
- Drive membership sales and retention targets.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Manage lead generation and sales pipeline performance.
- Partner with marketing to maximize acquisition opportunities.
- Analyze performance data and implement growth strategies.
Candidate profile
- 10+ years of sales experience, with proven leadership experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or a related industry is preferred.
- Passion for people, performance, and customer experience.
