Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate finishing works including plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling, joinery, and other architectural finishes.
- Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project progress.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain site safety standards and enforce company policies.
- Report work progress and site issues to project management.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finishing Foreman in building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
