المهام والمسؤوليات:
- مراجعة ومعالجة طلبات الدفع والفواتير والمستندات المالية والتأكد من دقتها.
- الإشراف على مدفوعات الموردين والالتزامات المالية وضمان سدادها في الوقت المحدد.
- إعداد ومراجعة وتنفيذ التحويلات البنكية وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة.
- متابعة التسويات المالية ومعالجة الفروقات والمشكلات المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.
- التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية والموردين والبنوك لضمان سير العمليات المالية بكفاءة.
- إعداد وتحليل التقارير الدورية للمدفوعات والتدفقات النقدية.
- تحسين إجراءات الدفع ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية.
- ضمان الالتزام بالضوابط المالية الداخلية والأنظمة ذات الصلة.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن ٤ سنوات في المحاسبة أو المدفوعات أو العمليات المالية.
- معرفة جيدة بإجراءات الدفع والتحويلات البنكية والتسويات المالية.
- إلمام بالمبادئ المحاسبية والرقابة المالية والأنظمة ذات العلاقة.
- خبرة في متابعة التدفقات النقدية وإعداد التقارير المالية وإدارة مدفوعات الموردين.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية عالية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة والعمل تحت الضغط.
