Role overview

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with channel leaders to execute channel strategies.
• Manage revenue forecasts and marketing and trade spending; recommend market investments and initiatives to close sales gaps.
• Gather market feedback on initiatives, launches, and in-store promotions; develop plans aligned with regional and local commercial objectives.
• Set pricing and promotional guidelines based on market dynamics.
• Design trade margin strategies that support business growth.
• Create in-store promotions and customer events aligned with brand priorities.
• Monitor market and industry trends and report insights to Product Management and Business Development.
• Guide product launches, including sales collateral and promotional elements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy and planning roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in product pricing, distribution, and market positioning.
• Experience managing distribution channels.
• Ability to interpret market reports and analytics.
• Current knowledge of marketing trends and best practices; FMCG experience is preferred.
