What you’ll do
- Follow up with clients, conduct site visits, and serve as the primary point of contact to maintain satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities, demonstrate products and services, acquire customers, and expand existing accounts to meet sales targets.
- Maintain a customer database and support communication and retention strategies.
- Execute sales strategy to achieve targets, secure supply agreements, and expand market share.
- Resolve complaints promptly under company policies; measure customer satisfaction and address issues.
- Submit invoices accurately and on time and follow up on collections within agreed timelines.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management, HORECA, services, or similar sectors.
- Proven corporate relationship management and business growth record; strong understanding of facility management trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, including sales performance and customer satisfaction reporting.
