Role overview

Role responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to solve complex Finance problems with AI-driven solutions.
• Define solutions and drive initiatives from idea through production adoption and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with business and technology teams to deliver solutions and bring structure to ambiguous problems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, technology product management, automation, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, architectures, and use cases.
• Working knowledge of Java and Python to understand technical designs, code, and system behavior.
• Strong understanding of APIs, backend systems, integrations, data flows, and distributed architectures.
• Familiarity with LLMs, agents, tool calling, orchestration, RAG, context/state management, evaluation, and observability.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, curiosity, judgment, and accountability.
