Overview
We are seeking a technically strong
Fp&A Analyst
to support financial strategy through end‑to‑end budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling within a dynamic
real estate portfolio
.
The role will focus on consolidating financial data, building and maintaining detailed financial models, conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses, and delivering insightful management reporting.
You will partner closely with business units to analyze performance, identify trends and cost efficiencies, and provide data‑driven recommendations to support strategic and operational decision‑making.
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years’ FP&A experience within real estate
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting & financial modeling expertise
- Strong variance, cost, and performance analysis skills
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (Master’s or CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred)
- This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded analyst looking to contribute beyond reporting and play a strategic role in business planning.
