We are seeking an experienced
Design Manager
to lead and coordinate the full design lifecycle, from concept through construction, ensuring exceptional quality, compliance, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage design projects from inception to delivery.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Review and evaluate design submissions for quality, compliance, and design intent.
- Monitor project schedules, risks, costs, and deliverables.
- Present design strategies and project updates to senior leadership.
- Oversee site inspections and resolve design-related challenges.
- Support consultant procurement, design briefs, and delivery strategies.
- Mentor team members and contribute to recruitment and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of real estate design and development experience, including leadership of large-scale projects.
- Essential GCC/UAE project experience.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, Revit and/or SketchUp.
- Excellent understanding of design standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
