Finance Director
to lead the financial strategy and operations for a prominent real estate development portfolio in the UAE.
This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to shape financial direction, drive investment decisions, and support large-scale development projects.
🌟 What You’ll Do
- As Finance Director, you will:
- Lead
- financial strategy, planning, and forecasting
- across the organization
- Oversee
- financial reporting, controls, and compliance (IFRS)
- Drive financial management of
- major real estate development projects
- Manage
- project feasibility, cash flows, and investment analysis
- Lead
- treasury, funding strategies, and banking relationships
- Support
- land acquisition, project financing, and capital structuring
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Build and lead a
- high-performing finance team
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 12–15+ years’ experience in finance, with leadership experience in the UAE or GCC
- Proven background in
- real estate development or construction
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA) required
- Strong expertise in
- financial modeling, project finance, and IFRS reporting
- Experience managing complex, multi-project financial environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
