The Financial Operations Analyst manages invoice verification and accounting operations for active C&C contracts and projects.
The role is based onsite at Thuwwal, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Verify contract and project invoices against purchase orders, contract terms, organizational policies, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Complete documentation, obtain approvals, create SAP entries, assign costs to WBS, cost center, and GL codes, and support payment finalization.
- Build relationships with proponents, vendors, and internal departments; resolve queries, invoice discrepancies, coding issues, delayed approvals, and past-due or denied invoices.
- Report and analyze invoice and vendor financial data, trends, and performance across contracts and projects.
- Review processes and systems and recommend practical improvements; undertake other applicable duties within the role's scope.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
- At least four years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounting, project finance, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and SAP Finance Module.
- Understanding of accounting best practices, financial management, compliant business processes, legislation, and accounting standards.
- Excellent oral and written English; discretion with confidential information; professionalism across organizational levels.
- Able to manage competing priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality.
