Financial Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and accounting operations for the company, branches, kitchen, and warehouse.
• Lead accountants, assign work, monitor daily activities, and review results.
• Prepare and review periodic financial statements and reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flows, revenues, expenses, compliance, and collections.
• Oversee branch budgets, costs, revenues, supplier and customer accounts, bank accounts, and reconciliations.
• Supervise inventory and costs; analyze product and raw-material costs and profit margins.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts and analyze variances.
• Develop internal controls, review accounting entries and records, and limit financial risks.
• Monitor tax, legal, and financial obligations with relevant specialists.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
• Improve team performance, accounting procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Strong financial management experience; restaurant, food-sector, or multi-branch company experience is preferred.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of accountants.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, costs, inventory, and cash flows.
• Ability to analyze financial data in relation to branch performance.
• Strong skills in Excel, accounting systems, and ERP.
• Leadership, analytical ability, attention to detail, decision-making, and ability to manage multiple branches under pressure.
• Current residence in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
