Role overview
Responsible for fixed-asset records, depreciation review, asset-data reconciliation, and analysis of asset utilization and performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate fixed asset records.
- Review depreciation and reconcile asset data with financial systems.
- Analyze asset utilization and performance.
- Support asset registration, transfers, and disposals.
- Support annual inventory and property insurance.
- Provide management reporting and support internal and external audits.
Minimum qualification
- Bachelor of Finance and Banking.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in fixed asset accounting or asset management is preferred.
- Knowledge of depreciation, reconciliations, ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and applicable accounting standards is preferred.
