Role overview

Budgeting and cost control

• Contribute to annual budgets and projections aligned with strategic objectives; prepare budget guidelines, standards, schedules, assumptions, and models.
• Develop financial planning and analysis techniques; clarify departmental assumptions, consolidate budgets, present them to management, and seek approval.
• Prepare quarterly KPI and performance reports covering trends, actual-versus-budget variances, risks, and issues requiring management attention.
• Provide cost trends and forecasts, explain processes and techniques, and recommend actions.

Financial planning and analysis

• Prepare feasibility studies for proposed projects, capital expenditure, and acquisitions in coordination with the finance board.
• Explain liquidity and financial stability using ratios and comparative figures.
• Assist with monthly balance sheets and income statements and report variances.
• Analyze data to verify that proper accounting procedures have been followed; keep financial information confidential.

Finance service outcomes

• Contribute to team efforts and support company initiatives and management-assigned finance and accounting tasks.
• Deliver accurate annual budgets for the company and joint-venture companies on time, and accurate financial statements and consolidated reports.
• Prepare quarterly cost analyses, including general and administrative expenses, and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Support efficient and effective accounting services.

Essential requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance; CMA certification or a related qualification is preferred.
• Four years' experience in a Financial Analyst position.
• Experience in budgeting and cost control, financial planning and analysis, and general management of accounting and finance services.
• Experience in real estate and development is required.
• Saudi nationals are preferred.
