As we expand our operations in Qatar, we are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team in Doha.

Position Overview
The Finance Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, timely reporting, and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards. This role is ideal for a motivated finance professional who thrives in a structured yet fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, payments, and receipts
• Maintain accurate accounting records and general ledger entries
• Prepare financial reports and assist with management reporting
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
• Monitor cash flow and support budget tracking
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures
• Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related matters
• Support audits by preparing required financial documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
