Key responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple hotel properties.
- Consolidate and standardize reporting for informed decisions; monitor performance and advise senior management.
- Strengthen controls across Finance, F&B, Procurement, Payroll, and operational functions.
- Manage CAPEX planning and investment evaluations to support strong ROI.
- Track and improve RevPAR, GOPPAR, and Flow-Through.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations, including ZATCA, 15% VAT, and Phase 2 E-Invoicing.
- Oversee audits, reconciliations, financial governance, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 10+ years in the hotel industry and 5+ years in a Finance Manager position.
- Experience managing finance operations across multiple hotel properties.
- 5+ years overseeing F&B, Procurement, and Payroll financial controls.
- 1+ year managing CAPEX projects and evaluating ROI.
- Experience monitoring and improving RevPAR, GOPPAR, and Flow-Through.
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with ZATCA regulations, 15% VAT, and Phase 2 E-Invoicing.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory, taxation, and compliance framework.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
