About the role

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai and take ownership of management reporting, budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial performance control.

This role is for someone who is comfortable working deep in the numbers, building structure in finance processes, and turning data into clear business decisions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting, disciplined cash flow management, budget control, and actionable profitability analysis.

Key responsibilities:

– Prepare monthly management reports, including P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
– Consolidate financial data from business units and ensure timely monthly reporting
– Perform plan vs. actual analysis and identify root causes of variances
– Prepare clear financial tables, charts, and management materials; coordinate presentation requirements with the design team when needed
– Manage daily cash flow reporting, including classification of transactions by cash flow category and control of opening/closing balances
– Build and maintain a 6-month planned payments register
– Prepare payment registers for designated payment days (Tuesday and Thursday)
– Coordinate and finalize payment registers for submission to accounting
– Collect planned payment requests from departments and consolidate them into the payment calendar
– Consolidate budgets, monitor execution, and highlight risks or deviations
– Prepare forecasts and revise budgets when required based on business performance
– Monitor pricing and profitability across services
– Control receipt of payments for completed job orders
– Analyze business performance and propose initiatives to improve profitability
– Drive automation of reporting collection and routine finance operations

Requirements:

– 5+ years of experience in a similar finance role
– Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
– Strong practical understanding of monthly management reporting: P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet
– Proven experience in budget consolidation, forecasting, and budget control
– Strong financial analysis skills, including variance analysis and profitability analysis
– Advanced Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas and process automation
– Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy with numbers
– Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
– Structured, responsible, and proactive approach to work
– Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across departments
