Auto Body Painter - Composite Production

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Body Painter to join our Composite Production Department.

The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation, priming, painting, and finishing of automotive composite parts while maintaining high-quality standards for luxury and performance vehicles.

-Prepare composite and automotive body parts for painting, including sanding, masking, filling, and surface correction.

-Apply primer, basecoat, clear coat, and specialized paint finishes according to company standards.

-Perform color matching and blending to achieve high-quality finishes.

-Inspect painted surfaces and carry out polishing, buffing, and finishing work when required.

-Ensure proper handling and storage of paints, materials, and equipment.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the paint booth and work area.

-Coordinate with production, detailing, and quality control teams to meet project deadlines.

-Follow all safety procedures and proper use of PPE and painting equipment.

-Identify paint defects and perform corrective actions as needed.

-Support continuous improvement of painting and finishing processes within the composite department.

-Proven experience as an Auto Body Painter, Automotive Painter, or similar role.

-Experience working with composite, fiberglass, or carbon fiber parts is an advantage.

-Knowledge of automotive paint systems, preparation techniques, and finishing processes.

-Ability to perform accurate color matching and paint blending.

-Familiarity with spray guns, polishing tools, and paint booth operations.

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Good understanding of workplace safety standards.

-Experience in luxury, sports, or high-end automotive projects is preferred.
