About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a hands-on and systematic warehouse specialist who will build, organize, and manage the materials and consumables warehouse for our carbon fiber / composite production.
This role is focused on composite materials, consumables, tools, and production supplies.
What you will do
- Set up a proper warehouse structure for composite production materials and consumables
- Organize storage locations, labeling, receiving, issuing, returns, and stock control rules
- Maintain accurate stock records for carbon fiber, resin systems, hardeners, prepreg, adhesives, release agents, vacuum bagging materials, sanding and polishing consumables, tools, and related supplies
- Monitor shelf life, storage conditions, batch numbers, and material usage
- Purchase required materials and consumables for production orders
- Compare suppliers, control prices, track deliveries, and ensure materials arrive on time
- Run regular inventory counts and prevent production downtime caused by missing materials
- Work closely with composite technicians, production manager, and purchasing team
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse coordination, stock control, or purchasing
- Experience with composite / carbon fiber materials is a strong advantage
- Understanding of production consumables, tools, and material flow
- Ability to maintain accurate records and control stock levels
- Systematic, detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable
- Experience with Cyber Auto or similar inventory systems is a plus
