Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
- Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- **8–10 years**
- of finance management experience, preferably in an
- exchange house, banking, or financial services environment
- Professional certification such as
CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA
- , or equivalent
- Fluent in
- English and Arabic
- (both written and spoken)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision-making.
