As part of our strategic growth and diversification, we are launching a dedicated

Corporate Leasing & Mobility Business Unit

to provide vehicle leasing, fleet management and integrated mobility solutions to government, semi-government and private sector organisations across Qatar.

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to establish, lead and scale this strategic business vertical.

This is a

business-building leadership opportunity

for a commercially driven executive who can develop strategy, drive business growth, build high-performing teams and establish Swan Global as a leading provider of corporate leasing and mobility solutions.

The successful candidate will have end-to-end responsibility for the Business Unit, including strategy, business development, sales, operations, financial performance and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall growth and profitability of the Corporate Leasing & Mobility Business Unit.
  • Develop and execute the business strategy and Go-to-Market plan.
  • Drive business development and secure long-term corporate leasing and fleet management contracts.
  • Build strong relationships with Government, Semi-Government and Private Sector organisations.
  • Lead tender identification, bid strategy, proposal preparation and commercial negotiations.
  • Develop business across Oil & Gas, EPC, Construction, Aviation, Logistics, Healthcare, Hospitality and other corporate sectors.
  • Oversee fleet procurement, financing, registration, insurance, maintenance and asset lifecycle management.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales, operations and customer service team.
  • Develop business processes, governance frameworks and KPI-driven performance management systems.
  • Manage the Business Unit’s P&L, budgets, forecasts and overall financial performance.
  • Establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions, vehicle suppliers, insurance providers and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Automotive Management or a related discipline.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Minimum
  • 15 years
  • of experience in the vehicle rental and leasing industry.
  • Minimum
  • 10 years
  • of leadership experience within Qatar.
  • Proven experience in building, managing or scaling a vehicle leasing or mobility business.
  • Strong business development, sales and commercial leadership experience.
  • Proven Profit & Loss ownership and business management experience.
  • Strong experience leading both commercial and operational functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of Qatar’s corporate vehicle leasing market.
  • Strong understanding of fleet financing, vehicle lifecycle management and mobility solutions.
  • Experience in Government and Private Sector tendering and procurement processes.
