Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support the organization's compliance functions and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will assist in compliance monitoring, documentation, audits, and reporting activities while maintaining accurate records and supporting continuous compliance improvements.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance Management or a related compliance support role.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in document control, compliance audits, and compliance reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Mandatory Criteria
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in maintaining compliance documentation and records.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and monitoring compliance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain compliance records, documentation, reports, and document control systems.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required documents and coordinating audit activities.
- Monitor compliance-related activities and identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Prepare periodic compliance reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
