qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Finance Intern, you'll help drive our growth in: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with the Finance team and partners across the business to keep our numbers accurate, our books clean, and our month-end on time. This is a hands-on role based in our Dubai office, giving you real exposure to end-to-end finance operations at a fast-growing fintech.

• Reconciliations — support bank, payment gateway, transaction and intercompany reconciliations, flagging discrepancies and working with the relevant teams until they're resolved

• Invoicing — help prepare customer invoices, credit notes and debit notes accurately and on time

• Payables and receivables — support AP and AR, including reviewing and recording vendor invoices and employee reimbursements

• Month-end close — assist with accruals, reconciliations and account reviews so the books close on schedule

• Clean records — keep accounting records and supporting documentation accurate, complete and audit-ready

• Process improvement — contribute to ad-hoc finance projects and help make our processes faster and more reliable

• You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

• You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field

• A basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong analytical, organisational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Fluency in English is a must
