We're scaling fast, and hiring is how we win. As our Business Recruiter, you'll run full-cycle hiring across our global business and GTM roles, and flex into technical and product when we need it. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with hiring managers, find the people who move the needle, and close them. This is build-from-scratch, move-fast, own-your-outcomes work. You'll work directly with the leader of qlub's global talent acquisition function, whose career spans Silicon Valley and New York City, with experience building recruiting functions from the ground up at Robinhood, Upstart, and high-growth startups backed by Sequoia, Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst. You'll own searches from day one, learn the strategies behind hiring in some of the world's most competitive markets, and get hands-on mentorship that will accelerate your growth as a recruiter.

Own priority business and GTM searches end to end, from intake to signed offer
