The role
Support an Account Executive in Qatar with a portfolio of restaurant partners from launch onwards.
The customer-facing role is field-based, with substantial time spent visiting restaurants across Doha.
Help restaurants use qlub successfully, ensure integrations work, and support partners in seeing product value.
What you will do
- Train front-of-house staff at new and existing restaurant partners.
- Visit live outlets to assess performance and send field reports to the Account Executive.
- Follow up on visit findings with restaurants and the Account Executive until issues are closed.
- Help resolve POS and integration issues with restaurants and the Integrations team.
- Help prepare and send partner success reports.
What you will need
- Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree.
- Have lived in Doha for at least 3 years.
- Available full-time in Doha and willing to travel between restaurants during the day.
- Comfortable with technology, particularly AI tools.
- Skilled with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working 9am–6pm or 12pm–9pm shifts.
- A valid Qatar driving licence is a strong advantage.
- Experience in F&B, hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus.

- Confident communicating with external stakeholders and presenting.
- Organized, reliable, proactive, able to follow through independently, and willing to learn.
