The role

What You'll Own

• Own priority business and go-to-market searches from intake to signed offer.
• Keep searches moving and hiring managers informed from start to finish.
• Drive sourcing, with an approximate mix of 60% outbound, 30% inbound, and 10% referrals.
• Use AI for sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, and reporting.
• Manage time to hire, offer acceptance, and pipeline health.

What You'll Need

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• A track record hiring commercial or go-to-market roles, including sales, business development, marketing, or operations.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth startup.
• Proven outbound sourcing and a pipeline built independently.
• Experience running searches and owning hiring manager relationships directly.
• Fluent in English.

Who You Are

• Build systems, workflows, and automations using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.
• Comfortable with recruiting tools such as Ashby, Gem, Juicebox, and Metaview, and able to ramp up on new tools quickly.
• Global or multi-region hiring experience is a plus.
