The employer is seeking a qualified, detail-oriented Finance Expert to support finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Support internal and external audit activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and review financial reports.
- Assist with revenue management and financial monitoring.
- Support payroll processing and related reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Work with internal stakeholders to improve financial controls and reporting processes.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Revenue management and payroll-related experience is preferred.
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional certifications are highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
