Overview
**Overview:** Kinetics Group is seeking an **AI Manager** to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions across the organization.
The role focuses on driving automation, improving business processes, and enabling data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate will combine strong AI expertise with the ability to work closely with business teams to deliver practical and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement AI-driven solutions across business functions to improve efficiency and automation
- Identify opportunities where AI can optimize processes and enhance productivity
- Lead the development, testing, and deployment of AI models, tools, and applications
- Work closely with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into AI use cases
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Monitor AI solutions, ensure proper documentation, and stay updated with emerging tools and technologies
Skills Attributes Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, or automation-related roles
- Strong knowledge of AI tools, machine learning, NLP, and automation platforms
- Hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and AI development frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple AI initiatives
- Excellent communication skills with cross-functional collaboration experience
