Financial Management
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor hotel revenues, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions.
Accounting & Reporting
- Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Prepare financial reports for management and ownership.
Cash Flow & Treasury Management
- Monitor daily cash positions and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage banking relationships and financing arrangements.
- Control working capital and optimize cash utilization.
- Oversee revenue collection and credit control procedures.
Internal Controls & Compliance
- Establish and maintain effective internal control systems.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Safeguard hotel assets and prevent financial fraud.
Revenue & Cost Control
- Work closely with Revenue Management, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Purchasing departments.
- Monitor occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), and departmental profitability.
- Analyze operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Review purchasing procedures and inventory controls.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
- Provide training and performance management.
- Promote financial awareness across hotel departments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
- 5–10 years of finance/accounting experience, with hotel or hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.

Systems & Technical Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of hotel accounting and property management systems.
- Experience with **IDS Next** including financial modules, revenue reporting, night audit reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to generate management reports and analyze operational and financial data through IDS.
- Experience integrating IDS reports with Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with hotel PMS, POS, inventory management, and procurement systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience using **IDS Next** in a hotel finance environment.
- Experience in hotel pre-opening, system implementation, or financial process optimization using IDS is an advantage.
Additional Key Responsibility
- Maintain and optimize financial controls within the IDS system, ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost allocation, reconciliation, and reporting across all hotel departments.
- Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
