Finance Consultant (Corporate & Export Finance)

About This Role

Damen International is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Finance Consultant to support our global Corporate & Export Finance activities. If you have strong financial analysis skills, experience structuring deals, and enjoy working in an entrepreneurial setting, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Finance Consultant, you will play a central role in supporting deal execution and portfolio management:
• Transaction Support
• Assist in structuring and executing corporate and export finance deals
• Prepare transaction documentation and coordinate with financial institutions and advisors
• Draft financial term sheets, finance offers, and project teasers

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years’ experience in corporate finance, export finance, project finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills
• Ability to navigate legal and finance documentation confidently
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable in a lean, entrepreneurial environment
• Exposure to international markets and/or the maritime industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

• Do you have hands‑on experience structuring or supporting corporate or export finance transactions (e.g., term sheets, facility agreements, liaising with banks)?
• How many years of experience do you have in financial modelling (DCF, scenarios, sensitivities) specifically for financing or investment decisions?
• Have you previously coordinated with financial institutions (banks, ECAs, lenders, credit/risk teams) as part of financing or transaction execution?
• Are you comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where you must independently prepare transaction documents, financial models, and support deal execution?

Experience:

• Investment/ Private equity: 5 years (Required)
• Corporate/ export finance: 5 years (Required)
