Corporate Relationship Associate – Corporate Banking / Finance Experience

About This Role

Damen Middle East is looking for a Corporate Relationship Associate with a strong background in corporate banking or financial institutions, managing corporate client portfolios and supporting financing solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates currently working (or recently working) as Relationship Managers / Account Managers in banks or financial institutions, who are experienced in corporate lending, credit structuring, and client advisory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as the primary relationship owner
• Originate and support corporate financing solutions (working capital, term loans, asset‑based facilities, etc.)
• Work closely with credit, risk, and internal approval teams to structure financing proposals
• Prepare and review credit proposals, term sheets, and client presentations
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external parties to support deal execution and drawdowns
• Support ongoing client needs, renewals, and portfolio monitoring
• Build long‑term relationships with corporate decision‑makers and senior stakeholders

Must‑have

• 5+ years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or corporate finance
• Proven experience managing corporate client accounts within a bank or financial institution
• Strong exposure to corporate lending and credit structuring
• Comfortable working with credit committees, risk teams, and approval processes
• Client‑facing, commercially minded, and relationship‑driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
