About the Role
We are looking for a **Financial Controller** to support our Group Finance / Control function.
In this role, you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls across the organization.
This is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to grow into a Group Finance role within an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Assist in the preparation of group financial reports and reconciliations
- Help ensure compliance with IFRS and internal policies
- Support internal and external audits
- Assist with intercompany reconciliations and reporting accuracy
- Contribute to improving financial processes and controls
Requirements
- Degree in **Finance, Accounting, or Business Economics**
- **4–7 years of experience** in accounting, audit, or financial reporting
- Basic knowledge of **IFRS and financial reporting**
- Experience with **ERP systems** (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

- supporting month-end or year-end closing processes: 4 years (Required)

- intercompany reconciliations or group reporting: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification
- IFRS (Preferred)
