Damen Shared Services Abu Dhabi is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Specialist - Content to support our global Sales teams.
This is an office-based, non-client-facing role focused on developing high-quality presentations, marketing materials, and visual content that enable our Sales teams to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, and proposals
- Work with Sales Manager to develop marketing materials (flyers, brochures, one-pagers)
- Work with Sales Team in design visuals and infographics to simplify technical content
- Produce short marketing videos and multimedia content
- Use AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
- Support internal stakeholders with high-quality, timely deliverables
- Sales coordination
Requirements
- 2–5 years’ experience in marketing, design, or content creation
- Strong skills in PowerPoint and design tools (Adobe, Canva, etc.)
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently, critical mindset and personal initiative
- Good communication skills (internal stakeholder coordination)
- Experience with video editing and AI tools is a plus
