Role overview

Experience and qualifications

• 10+ years across Finance, Business Analytics, Management Reporting, and ERP-based reporting environments.
• Strong practical SAP Analytics Cloud experience, including dashboard development, planning, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of core finance processes and reporting cycles; experience with multiple enterprise data sources, including SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, CRM, and structured or manual datasets.
• Proven delivery of analytics solutions for finance and business stakeholders.
• Professional finance qualification such as MBA Finance, CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.

Finance domain expertise

• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, fund utilization, and expenditure analysis.
• Experience in cash management, payment operations, advances tracking, and financial service-level reporting.
• Analyze periodic financial performance and management reporting packs; understand portfolio measurement across financial, operational, project, and risk perspectives.
• Interpret financial metrics into actionable recommendations and engage with senior finance leadership.
• Maintain reporting governance through controls, documentation, access management, and drill-down analysis from executive summaries to transactions.

Analytics and reporting responsibilities

• Lead analytics initiatives from data discovery and analysis through dashboard delivery.
• Design interactive SAC dashboards for financial performance, planning, forecasting, portfolio tracking, and operational reporting.
• Automate and modernize Excel and PowerPoint reporting into real-time analytics solutions.
• Partner with business users to define reporting requirements and analytical use cases; support testing and validation of finance system changes.
• Maintain cost centers, GL accounts, fund hierarchies, and related financial dimensions.
• Automate and optimize annual budgeting and consolidation; build rolling forecasts with scenario and what-if analysis.
• Create dashboards that highlight budget variances, spending trends, financial risks, and control exceptions.
• Integrate finance data with project and operational systems; model project performance, investment outcomes, and resource utilization.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance with accurate, structured data extraction.
• Identify inefficiencies and improve processes; promote accuracy through reconciliation, validation, and quality assurance.
• Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and business drivers; create executive visualizations and presentations.

Stakeholder partnership

• Partner with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders to understand analytical and reporting needs.
• Translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions and communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply ownership, accountability, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
