Job Description
This role is primarily focused on handling documentation and processing for Tourist visa applications to Europe, including Schengen countries, the UK, and other EU nations, UAE, Canada.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client documentation and ensuring all applications meet the regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of all case activities, decisions, and communications using immigration management systems.
Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to identify trends, aiming to enhance case processing efficiency.
Guide clients through documentation requirements, form submissions, embassy appointments, and
Application Management
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status.
- Maintain systematic and up-to-date client records in the internal database.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation.
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle clients efficiently

Pay: AED 3500- 4500 per month
