Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an immigration case processing officer.
The successful candidate will play a key role in processing visa applications and ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.
This role is primarily focused on handling documentation and processing for work and visit visa applications to Europe, including Schengen countries, the UK, and other EU nations, UAE, Canada.
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end client documentation and ensuring all applications meet the regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive records of all case activities, decisions, and communications using immigration management systems.
Prepare detailed reports and analyze data to identify trends, aiming to enhance case processing efficiency.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of Immigration laws and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in immigration management software and database systems is a plus.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**
Application Management
- Review and validate application files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Submit visa applications to relevant embassies or VFS centers and monitor processing status.
- Maintain systematic and up-to-date client records in the internal database.
Client Consultation
- Conduct initial assessments of client eligibility and immigration requirements.
- Provide accurate and clear advice on the appropriate visa/work permit category and necessary documentation.
- Offer continued support throughout the visa process to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
- Checking all the Documents, Maintaining Client handover responsibilities
Communication & Service
- Act as the liaison between clients and embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner (emails ,calls ,Face to Face)
- Maintain a courteous, transparent, and service-oriented approach throughout the client journey.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in immigration or visa documentation.
- Strong knowledge of European visa processes and embassy protocols.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle clients efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED 3500- 4500 per month
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
