About This Role
Key Responsibilities: ( Teller caller Hindi / Punjabi Language)
Fixed Salary + Attractive incentives based on performance.
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding immigration services.
Provide information and answer queries from potential clients.
Assist in converting leads to customers.
Meet targets and achieve daily call quotas.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus.
Positive attitude and team player.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
