We are looking for an experienced
Senior Spa & Beauty Therapist
who believes exceptional beauty and wellness treatments go beyond technique.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding each guest's individual needs, helping them look and feel their very best, and creating truly personalised treatment experiences with genuine care and professionalism.
What We'Re Looking For
- Extensive experience in advanced facial treatments
- Expertise in face sculpting and facial massage techniques
- Strong knowledge of luxury skincare and beauty therapies
- Experience in relaxation and therapeutic massage treatments
- Ability to recommend and deliver personalised treatment programmes
- Comfortable working alongside other wellness specialists to create tailored guest journeys
Who You Are
- Senior-level experience in luxury wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium spa environments
- Experience with European luxury spas or internationally recognised wellness brands is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken English
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and authentic care
- Someone who genuinely enjoys helping guests look and feel their absolute best through personalised treatments
- Warm, polished, and naturally guest-focused, with the ability to deliver a genuine 5-star/VIP guest experience
- A collaborative team player who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences
