globally renowned ultra-luxury resort in the Maldives
.
We are seeking a
dynamic and visionary Executive Chef
to lead the entire culinary operation, delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect the highest standards of luxury, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
The Role
As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for
overseeing all culinary operations
, including
Kitchen Production, Stewarding, and Employee Dining
, ensuring seamless execution, consistency, and excellence across all outlets.
You will play a key role in shaping the resort’s culinary identity, creating
memorable, world-class dining experiences
for an international, high-end clientele.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as an
Executive Chef
- in
- ultra-luxury resorts or 5-star international hotels
- Strong background in
- multi-outlet operations and high-volume luxury environments
- Mandatory: Proficiency in
- at least one European language
(French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc.)
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to
- engage, mentor, and inspire large multicultural teams
- Demonstrated ability to deliver
- innovative culinary concepts
- while maintaining consistency and quality
- Strong focus on
- guest experience, personalization, and service excellence
- Solid understanding of
- cost control, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency
Preferred Profile
- Experience working in
- remote or island luxury destinations
- Exposure to
- international cuisines and wellness-oriented dining concepts
- A creative and forward-thinking approach to
- menu development and guest engagement
- Strong collaboration with
- F&B and resort leadership teams
