We are looking for an experienced
Senior Holistic Wellness Expert
who believes wellness is more than just treatments.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting to know each guest, understanding their lifestyle, wellbeing goals, and aspirations, and creating truly personalised wellness experiences.
What We'Re Looking For
- Extensive experience in holistic massage therapies
- Expertise in detox and body recovery treatments
- Strong knowledge of pain relief techniques
- Experience with energy balancing and restorative therapies
- Ability to design personalised wellness programmes
- Comfortable working alongside other wellness specialists to create tailored guest journeys
Who You Are
- Senior-level experience in luxury wellness, luxury hospitality, or premium spa environments
- Experience with European luxury spas or internationally recognised wellness brands is highly preferred
- Excellent spoken English
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and authentic care
- Someone who genuinely embodies wellbeing and leads by example with a "walk the talk" approach to health and wellness
- Warm, polished, and naturally guest-focused, with the ability to deliver a genuine 5-star/VIP guest experience
- A collaborative team player who enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences
