This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world's most prestigious luxury resorts, where culinary excellence, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences are at the heart of everything they do.
We are looking for an experienced
Chef de Cuisine
who has built their career within internationally recognized luxury hospitality.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading a luxury specialty restaurant, with exceptional expertise in
handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy.
Key Highlights
- Chef de Cuisine or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a Chef de Cuisine role.
- Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong expertise in handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy.
- Previous experience leading a luxury specialty restaurant.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, menu development, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.
- Previous island resort experience would be an advantage.
