About This Role
**Location:** Dubai, UAE
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Female Receptionist to join our barbershop team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a barbershop or salon, be fluent in English, and have knowledge of the Fresha booking system.
Basic management knowledge and strong customer service skills are also required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service
- Manage appointments and bookings through Fresha
- Answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries
- Handle cash/card payments and daily cashier duties
- Support daily shop operations and assist management
- Coordinate with barbers to ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage client records and schedules using Fresha system
Requirements
- Previous barbershop or salon experience is mandatory
- Fluent in English
- Experience using Fresha booking system is required
- Basic management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media is an advantage
