Receptionist role for a salon and spa, welcoming clients and supporting the client experience and business growth.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and manage check-in and check-out.
- Handle bookings, cancellations and schedule adjustments.
- Explain services, promotions and packages; recommend add-ons and premium treatments.
- Process payments, issue receipts, track daily sales and reconcile end-of-day cash.
- Follow policies for refunds, discounts and vouchers.
- Answer and direct calls; maintain an organized reception area.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Coordinate with therapists and technicians; handle mail, deliveries and front-desk administration.
- Resolve client concerns, provide after-service care information when needed, and support client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- At least 1–2 years in receptionist, front desk or customer service work; the posting separately states 2 years of receptionist experience is required.
- Fluent English; Arabic is described as a plus in one section and required in the language section.
- Computer literacy with booking systems, MS Office and POS operations.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills and communication.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,750–4,000 per month, plus commission.
Employment and schedule
- Job type is full-time and permanent.
