Support rental and sales transactions between property owners and clients in Doha’s prestigious areas.
The role focuses on the company’s luxury property portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend properties.
- Conduct property viewings highlighting the portfolio’s benefits.
- Facilitate lease and sales agreements and negotiations.
- Manage paperwork in line with legal and company requirements.
- Maintain professional relationships with landlords, tenants, and sellers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or salesperson in Qatar.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and trustworthy demeanor.
- CRM experience and multilingual abilities are preferred.
- Local hiring only.
